Production lead times before delivery
As artisan craftsmen, we pay the utmost attention to the quality of our creations. Each rainstick is carefully handcrafted in wood with precision and patience. Because of this meticulous process, our annual production is limited and delivery times may vary depending on our order book. Ordering a handmade musical instrument sometimes requires a little patience, but rest assured: we do everything possible to keep waiting times short so that you are delighted when your rainstick arrives. Delivery times
Average delivery time is 48 to 72 hours within France, 5 to 7 days within Europe, and over 10 days for international destinations. Delivery times are calculated from the date your payment is received.
Shipping and returns
General information
Products purchased on arbredepluie.com are shipped to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), throughout Europe, North America, and selected countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the list at checkout, please contact us. Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the order process. The delivery times listed below (“Lead times and costs”) are average estimates, including order processing and shipping. When items have different availability dates, the delivery time is based on the longest lead time. Atelier Mickaël Amant cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. In case of unusual delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or any other available means.
Delivery issues
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing items, broken products, etc.) must be clearly indicated on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten notes, signed by the customer. For shipments via La Poste, if the parcel arrives opened or damaged, the customer must request a “constat de spoliation” (form 170) from their local Post Office so that we can open an investigation. The customer must also confirm the anomaly by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within two (2) working days, and send a copy (with the original constat de spoliation if applicable) by mail to: Atelier Mickaël Amant, 17 rue Thérèse, 34090 Montpellier, France. Claims received after the deadline will be rejected.

Shipping: based on the contractual conditions of our carriers (La Poste, UPS, FedEx, DHL), depending on the destination (average 2–3 days within France).
The delivery cost indicated at checkout includes order processing, packaging, and transport. For orders over €400 (VAT incl.) delivered within mainland France, Atelier Mickaël Amant offers free shipping. In the event of a return following the right of withdrawal (see “Satisfied or refunded”), the shipping cost will be fully charged and deducted from the refund amount.
Satisfied or refunded
In accordance with French law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Items must be returned to Atelier Mickaël Amant within 14 days, in their original packaging. Upon receipt, items will be inspected to ensure no damage has occurred between delivery and return. If damage is found, the right of withdrawal cannot apply. Refunds or credit notes (as chosen by the customer) are based on the value of the items returned. Shipping costs (outbound and return) remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 15 working days after receipt of the returned parcel. The refund method is at the discretion of Atelier Mickaël Amant.
